Megaman vs Metroid is a platform game in which you must help Megaman save the Metroid world from all the alien creatures. In all levels you will find a great variety of platforms and enemies to fight that move in different forms and have different powers. Your job is to kill them or avoid them to reach the final portal of each level alive. In this game, you don't have lives, but you have a certain amount of energy that decreases when you are touched by one of the creatures. If you run out of energy, you will have to start all over again. However, you can also get more energy by killing enemies and collecting the energy they leave behind.
Unfortunately, the game has only one mode and it has poor old-looking graphics that cannot compete with the new platform games you can find out there. Sound effects are also poor and the music is suitable, but very repetitive.
In short, unless you like this kind of old games, I suggest you don't waste time with this archaic game, with the tons of better options you can find nowadays.
- Lots of platforms and enemies
- Poor graphics and sound effects
- Repetitive music
- Only one mode
